The West Point Pointers will head out to take on the King & Queen Central Royal Tigers at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. King & Queen Central took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on West Point, who comes in off a win.

West Point took a loss when they played away from home on Thursday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Friday. They walked away with a 32-23 win over Essex.

Meanwhile, King & Queen Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss dating back to last season. They were dealt a 96-36 defeat at the hands of Northumberland. The Royal Tigers were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 64-21.

King & Queen Central's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for West Point, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

West Point didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against King & Queen Central in their previous meeting back in January, but they still walked away with a 54-49 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Pointers since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
