Hayes hadn't done well against New Albany recently (they were 0-4 in their previous four matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Hayes Pacers sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 49-46 win over the New Albany Eagles. The victory almost wasn't to be: the Pacers were down 40-26 in the third quarter.

The win made it two in a row for Hayes and bumps their season record up to 11-10. As for New Albany, they have been struggling recently as they've lost ten of their last 12 contests, which has put a noticeable dent in their 5-16 record this season.
