Basketball Recap: Waterford-Halfmoon Takes a Loss

Waterford-Halfmoon was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat dating back to last season. They were beaten by the Hoosick Falls Panthers 61-28. The Fordians were probably out for revenge after losing 73-41 to them when the teams met back in January, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Waterford-Halfmoon's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Hoosick Falls, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-0.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Waterford-Halfmoon will face off against Tamarac at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Hoosick Falls, they will challenge Mechanicville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
