Football Recap: Lubbock Skates Past Snyder with Ease + How To Watch

Lubbock barely beat Snyder the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Westerners blew past the Tigers, posting a 48-21 win. The Westerners have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Tigers on Thursday, too.

Zach Reyna was nothing short of spectacular: he threw for 236 yards and four touchdowns, and also rushed for 55 yards. Another player making a difference was Bo Davis, who rushed for 84 yards and one TD on only eight carries.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: Lubbock was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 204 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 165 rushing yards every time they've taken the field this season.

Snyder's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Tyson Burleson, who gained 158 total yards and a touchdown, and Aedyn Claxton, who threw for 96 yards and a pair of touchdowns.

Lubbock's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Snyder, they are on an 11-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.
