Football Game Recap: Oak Ridge vs. Grant

Oak Ridge were the big favorite in their most recent match, and for good reason. They were the clear victor by a 33-6 margin over Grant. Followers of Oak Ridge probably expected little less of the team in a season in which they have collected five blowout victories.

The victory bumped Oak Ridge's record up to 5-1. The loss dropped Grant back to even at 3-3.

Next week Oak Ridge take on Del Oro at Homecoming at 7:00 PM. Del Oro have averaged 47 points over the course of their past six games, so Oak Ridge might be in for a challenge. Grant will take on Rocklin at home at 7:00 PM. Neither of those teams managed to put together many points in their previous contests, so their meeting could be a low-scoring affair.
