Central Magnet gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Spring Hill Raiders as they made off with a 3-0 victory. That's more bragging rights for Central Magnet, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Central Magnet got the W, but it wasn't easy, at least in the third set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-21, 33-31.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Central Magnet is set to challenge their familiar foe Community at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Spring Hill will take on rival Giles County at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
