Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Richland). They blew past Raymond 7-0 on Thursday. Give Richland's defense some credit: that's the team's third straight shutout.

Richland's victory bumped their record up to 7-1-1. As for Raymond, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-5.

Looking ahead, Richland will welcome Kosciusko at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday. Kosciusko's last three contests have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Raymond, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Hazlehurst at 6:30 p.m. on December 2.
