Nipomo had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They put the hurt on the Santa Ynez Pirates with a sharp 3-0 win on Tuesday. The victory was nothing new for the Titans as they're now sitting on four straight.

The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-17, 25-20.

Addison Stegenga paced Nipomo's offense, picking up 13 kills. Stegenga got some help from Raelynn Ortiz and her 27 assists. Ortiz was also solid from the service line: she led the team with eight aces.

Nipomo's win bumped their record up to 26-6. As for Santa Ynez, they have been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last ten matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 18-17 record this season.

Nipomo will square off against Bullard at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Santa Ynez does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
