Mount Tabor had to endure a six-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They never let the R.J. Reynolds Demons get on the board and left with a 4-0 victory on Tuesday. The Spartans have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Demons, too.

Not much got past Sawyer Greene, who gave up just two hits to keep R.J. Reynolds off the board.

On the hitting side, Mount Tabor saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was James Price, who went 2-for-3 with one RBI.

Mount Tabor's win was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-8 and their overall record up to 3-10. As for R.J. Reynolds, their loss dropped their record down to 7-9.

Mount Tabor will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Demons: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
