Volleyball Recap: South Granville Comes Up Short + How To Watch

South Granville lost against Louisburg back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Vikings took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Warriors.

The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 16-25, 25-20, 25-23.

Kaytlyn Dickerson paced South Granville's offense, picking up nine kills. Dickerson got some help from Larah Preddy and her 16 assists. Dickerson was also solid from the service line: she led the team with eight aces.

South Granville's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Louisburg, the win also got them back to even at 1-1.

South Granville has already played their next game, a 3-0 defeat against Vance Charter on the 14th. As for Louisburg, they will head out on the road to challenge Knightdale at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
