Volleyball Recap: Prairie Mustangs vs. Eads Eagles

Prairie proved they can win big on Friday (they won by three) and on Saturday they proved they can win the close ones too. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 victory over the Eads Eagles. This was payback for the Mustangs, who suffered a 3-2 loss the last time these two teams met.

Prairie was staring down a 2-1 deficit headed into the fourth set, but they rallied to take the next two for the win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 23-25, 25-9, 25-27, 25-22, 15-11.

Kali Sutter was a one-woman wrecking crew as she had 26 digs. Those 26 digs gave her a new career-high.
