Volleyball Recap: Layton Takes a Loss

Layton lost against Fremont back in November of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Lancers took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Silverwolves.

The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 21-25, 25-13, 25-20.

Layton now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Fremont, their victory was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 3-0.

Layton wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Sky View on the 22nd. As for Fremont, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Hunter on the 22nd.
