Basketball Recap: Cimarron Comes Up Short

After flying high against Tournament Opponent last Saturday, Cimarron came back down to earth. The Cimarron Bluejays fell just short of the Ulysses Tigers by a score of 51-48 on Tuesday. The Bluejays have struggled against the Tigers recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

Cimarron now has a losing record at 2-3. As for Ulysses, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.

It'll be Battle of the Birds when the Cimarron Bluejays take on the Colby Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Ulysses will take on Southwestern Heights in a holiday battle at at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
