Softball Recap: Cadott Hornets vs. Regis Ramblers
Cadott can now show off three landslide victories after their most recent match on Friday. They put the hurt on the Regis Ramblers with a sharp 12-1 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Cadott.
Rilei Weeks was excellent, scoring two runs while going 2-for-3. The team also got some help courtesy of Bella Barone, who got on base in four of her six plate appearances with two RBI.
Cadott's victory bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Regis, they now have a losing record at 1-2.
Cadott will stay at home for another game and welcome Augusta at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Cadott is strutting in with some hitting muscle, as they've averaged 11.2 runs per game this season. As for Regis, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Columbus Catholic at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
