Fredonia comes up short despite Mike Hahn's dominant performance

The Fredonia Hillbillies suffered their closest defeat yet this season on Thursday. They fell just short of Olean by a score of 51-48. It was the first time this season that Fredonia let down their fans at home.
When it comes to explaining why Fredonia lost, one person who can't be blamed is Mike Hahn. Despite the final result, he scored 16 points along with six rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of RJ Koopman, who scored eight points.
Fredonia's defeat ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 9-5. As for Olean, their victory bumped their record up to 5-8.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Fredonia will take on Allegany-Limestone at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Allegany-Limestone is hoping to put an end to a three-game streak of away losses. As for Olean, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Salamanca at 7:30 p.m. Salamanca has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 417 points over their last six contests.
