After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Northern Guilford, Randleman was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-1 win over the Northwest Guilford Vikings. For the Tigers, this counts as revenge for the 7-5 victory the Vikings walked away with the last time they faced one another back in February of 2024.

The win got Randleman back to even at 1-1. As for Northwest Guilford, their record is now 0-2.

Coming up, Randleman will look to take advantage of their home field for the first time this season as they take on Asheboro at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Northwest Guilford, they will face off against Western Guilford at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The last three games Northwest Guilford has played (dating back to last season) have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
