Fairview's game last Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They put the hurt on the East Hickman County Eagles with a sharp 4-0 win. The high-scoring performance was a welcome turnaround for Fairview's offense, which had struggled in the games prior.

They hit East Hickman County with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Maxwell Arnold (2), Trent Burlison, and Noah Simmons.

Fairview now has a winning record of 2-1. As for East Hickman County, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-3-2.

Fairview wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next match, a 5-2 loss against Giles County on the 24th. As for East Hickman County, they will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Waverly Central at 6:00 p.m. on April 1.
