Recap: Copley Indians vs. Aurora Greenmen
The Copley Indians won the last time they faced the Aurora Greenmen, and things went their way on Friday too. Copley walked away with a 51-43 win over Aurora. The win made it back-to-back wins for Copley.
Copley got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Kami Ayoup out in front who scored 16 points. Another player making a difference was Evelyn Mcknight, who scored 12 points.
Copley's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Aurora, their loss dropped their record down to 2-1.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Copley will take on Olmsted Falls at 5:20 p.m. on Sunday. As for Aurora, they will head out on the road to face off against Cuyahoga Falls at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
