Volleyball Recap: Lincoln Comes Up Short

Lincoln was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 14th straight defeat dating back to last season. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Kennedy Titans.

Lincoln's loss dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Kennedy, with the victory, they broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 7-14.

Coming up, Lincoln will take on Lodi at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Kennedy, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Sierra on the 29th.
