The Lions haven't had any issues with the Cougars recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive victory against them.

Meanwhile, Grant got the win against Cordova on Tuesday by a conclusive 3-0.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-13, 25-14.

The win was their first at home , bumping their record up to 2-16. As for McClatchy, their victory bumped their record up to 11-7.
