Oasis' victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Zach Louzao, who scored 17 points along with five rebounds and four steals. The matchup was Louzao's fifth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Brendan Overbaugh, who scored 15 points along with five rebounds.
Naples Classical's loss dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Oasis, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 8-3.
Naples Classical's road trip will continue as they head out to face Gulf Coast at 8:00 a.m. on December 21st. Gulf Coast presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Naples Classical in Florida (Gulf Coast is ranked 200th, while Naples Classical is ranked 746th). Oasis won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Aubrey Rogers at 9:45 a.m. on December 21st.
