Football Game Preview: Mancelona Ironmen vs. East Jordan Red Devils + How To Watch

The Mancelona Ironmen will head out on the road to challenge the East Jordan Red Devils at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Mancelona's defense has only allowed 9.8 points per game this season, so East Jordan's offense will have their work cut out for them.

On Friday, Mancelona was just a hair shy of victory and fell 15-14 to Elk Rapids.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for East Jordan, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They were the clear victors by a 34-12 margin over Sacred Heart Academy on Friday. The victory was all the more spectacular given the Red Devils' disadvantage in MaxPreps' Michigan football rankings (they are ranked 272nd, while the Irish are ranked 63rd).

Mancelona's defeat dropped their record down to 3-2. As for East Jordan, they now also have a winning record of 3-2.

Mancelona ended up a good deal behind East Jordan in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, losing 43-28. Can the Ironmen avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
