Basketball Recap: Trion Takes a Loss

After flying high against Elite Scholars Academy last Friday, Trion came back down to earth. The Trion Bulldogs were outmatched by the Manchester Blue Devils and fell 73-38. The game marked the Bulldogs' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

It was another big night for Trey Jones, who dropped a double-double on 19 points and ten boards for Manchester. That's the most rebounds Jones has posted since back in December of 2024. Jaedyn Terry was another key player, putting up 16 points and eight boards.

Trion's loss dropped their record down to 14-6. As for Manchester, their victory bumped their record up to 16-3.

As of now, neither Trion nor Manchester have any future games scheduled.
