Del Rio is 9-0-1 against Eagle Pass since March of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Del Rio Rams will face off against the Eagle Pass Eagles at 7:00 p.m. Del Rio will be strutting in after a win while Eagle Pass will be coming in after a loss.

Eagle Pass will be up against a hot Del Rio squad: the team just extended their winning streak to three. Del Rio walked away with a 2-0 victory over Medina Valley on Friday. Given the Rams' advantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 61st, while the Panthers are ranked 335th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Eagle Pass unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Saturday. They fell just short of United South by a score of 4-3. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last four times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Del Rio's win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 13-3-2. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 16 goals over those six matchups. As for Eagle Pass, their defeat dropped their record down to 15-7-1.

Del Rio skirted past Eagle Pass 2-1 in their previous meeting back in February. The rematch might be a little tougher for Del Rio since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
