Volleyball Recap: Columbia Comes Up Short

Columbia came into their game on Thursday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the Hobgood Charter Raiders, falling 3-0. The Wildcats haven't had much luck with the Raiders recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-20, 25-12.

Columbia's loss dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Hobgood Charter, they pushed their record up to 10-10 with the win, which was their third straight on the road.

Columbia has already played their next match (against New Life Academy), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Hobgood Charter, they will square off against Cape Hatteras at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
