Basketball Recap: Narbonne Comes Up Short

Narbonne and Jordan squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Narbonne had to settle for second. They were just a bucket shy of victory and fell 46-45 to the Jordan Bulldogs.

Branden Key and Cash Stokley certainly did their best on Saturday to avoid the loss. Key went 5-for-6 on his way to 14 points and seven boards, while Stokley went 6-for-11 to rack up 17 points.

Narbonne's defeat dropped their record down to 14-16. As for Jordan, they are on a roll lately: they've won 15 of their last 16 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-6 record this season.

Narbonne does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Jordan, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 64-62 loss against Grant on the 26th.
