Baseball Recap: Van-Far Comes Up Short

Van-Far lost against Monroe City back in May of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Indians came up short against the Panthers, falling 14-8. The Indians have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Van-Far's defeat dropped their record down to 11-9. As for Monroe City, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-11.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Van-Far will host Northeast at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Monroe City, they will be playing in front of their home fans against South Shelby at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
