Soccer Game Preview: Victoria West vs. Randle

The Victoria West Warriors will head out to challenge the Randle Lions at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Randle took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Victoria West, who comes in off a win.

Victoria West is headed into the contest having not lost since the fourth and will look to keep things rolling. Everything went their way against Fort Bend Kempner on Friday as Victoria West made off with a 7-0 victory. That seven goal margin sets a new team best for the Warriors this season.

Meanwhile, Randle didn't have quite enough to beat Victoria East on Friday and fell 3-2. The Lions have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Victoria West is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a nice bump to their 6-2-1 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only given up two goals over those five games. As for Randle, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-3.
