Basketball Game Preview: O'Donnell Eagles vs. Dawson Dragons

O'Donnell and Dawson are an even 4-4 against one another since January of 2015, but not for long. After both having extra time off, the two teams will shake off the cobwebs and face off against one another at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

O'Donnell's tournament run continued when they took on Westbrook last Friday. O'Donnell took a 35-27 hit to the loss column at the hands of Westbrook. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Dawson was not able to break out of their rough patch last Friday as the team picked up their 18th straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 48-40 to Petersburg.

O'Donnell's defeat dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Dawson, their loss dropped their record down to 0-3.

O'Donnell came out on top in a nail-biter against Dawson in their previous matchup back in February of 2020, sneaking past 2-0. Does O'Donnell have another victory up their sleeve, or will Dawson turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
