Basketball Recap: Make It Four in a Row for Holdrege

Holdrege extended their winning streak to four games thanks to a huge performance from Emily Stutzman. The Holdrege Dusters came out on top against the David City Scouts by a score of 46-37 on Wednesday which was due in part to Stutzman, who went 7-for-11 to rack up 22 points. Thanks to that strong game, she now owns an excellent 40.7% three-point shooting accuracy.

Another player making a difference was Gracie Johnson, who posted six points and seven boards. The dominant performance gave her a new career-high in rebounds.

Kambri Andel and Meagan Jahde certainly did their best on Wednesday to avoid the loss. Andel went 5-for-12 on her way to 14 points and five boards, while Jahde scored eight points and three steals.

Holdrege's victory bumped their record up to 14-9. As for David City, their defeat dropped their record down to 14-11.

Holdrege didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 53-39 loss against Minden on the 20th. David City does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
