Volleyball Recap: Stevens Has No Trouble Against Marshall

Stevens won the last time they faced Marshall and things went their way on Saturday too. The Falcons walked away with a 2-0 win over the Rams. That looming 2-0 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Falcons yet this season.

Kaliyah Williams paced Stevens' offense, picking up six kills. Williams got some help from Gabrielle Ramon and her 16 assists. Ramon was also solid from the service line: she led the team with two aces.

Stevens now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Marshall, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-5 record this season.

Stevens has already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against El Paso on the 16th. As for Marshall, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-1 loss against Lamar on the 16th.
