Softball Recap: Hickory Now 11-1 over Last 12 Games

While Hickory put up plenty of runs on Tuesday, the same can't be said for Indian River. The Hawks blew past the Braves 12-0. The Hawks might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 15 games by six runs or more this season.

Hickory has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 12 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-2 record this season. The team dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 9.5 runs. As for Indian River, their loss was their seventh straight at home, which dropped their record down to 3-15.

Hickory does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Indian River, they will head out on the road to face off against Green Run at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
