Basketball Game Preview: Shenandoah Valley Academy Stars vs. Highland View Academy

After both having extra time off, the Shenandoah Valley Academy Stars and Highland View Academy will dust off their jerseys to challenge one another at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with three consecutive losses for Shenandoah Valley Academy and four for Highland View Academy.

Shenandoah Valley Academy's tournament run continued when they took on Granger Christian last Saturday. Shenandoah Valley Academy fell 46-33 to Granger Christian.

Meanwhile, Highland View Academy had to suffer through a 59-28 loss at the hands of Forest Lake Academy. The contest marked Highland View Academy's lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Shenandoah Valley Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 11-8. As for Highland View Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 1-4.

Shenandoah Valley Academy was able to grind out a solid win over Highland View Academy when the teams last played back in January, winning 62-52.
