Great Falls had already won five in a row and they went ahead and made it six on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Midlands STEM Charter Mavericks as they made off with a 3-0 victory. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Great Falls took every set by at least 13 points. The final score came out to 25-5, 25-11, 25-12.

Leading Great Falls to victory were Emily Manning and Kenslee Powers. Manning had 21 assists and six aces, while Powers had nine aces and four digs. That's the most aces Manning has posted since back in August. The team also got some help courtesy of Payson Brantley, who had seven kills and four aces.

They weren't the only good servers: Great Falls was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 28 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least 13 aces in four consecutive matches.

Great Falls' record is now 15-6-1. As for Midlands STEM Charter, they dropped their record down to 1-13 with the defeat, which was their 18th straight on the road dating back to last season.

As of now, neither Great Falls nor the Mavericks have any future games scheduled.
