Baseball Recap: East Pennsboro Extends Home Winning Streak to 14

On Monday East Pennsboro's undefeated season almost came to an end. They came within a single run of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Boiling Springs Bubblers. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 15-8 back in March.

East Pennsboro's victory was truly a team effort as four different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Eric Foster Jr., who went 1-for-2 with one double.

East Pennsboro's win was their 14th straight at home, which pushed their record up to 22-0. Those home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.6 runs over those games. As for Boiling Springs, the loss snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 12-9 record.

As of now, neither East Pennsboro nor the Bubblers have any future games scheduled.
