Football Game Preview: Jefferson Patriots vs. Hillcrest Panthers + How To Watch

Jefferson is 1-7 against Hillcrest since October of 2015 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Thursday. The Patriots will challenge the Panthers at 7:00 p.m.

Jefferson managed to slip by Spruce the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Patriots were dealt a 36-7 loss at the hands of the Timberwolves on Friday.

Jefferson's defeat came about despite a quality game from Aaron Oliva, who rushed for 106 yards and one score.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Hillcrest). They took down Seagoville 29-14 on Friday.

Jefferson's loss dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Hillcrest, they now have a winning record of 4-3.

Jefferson took a serious blow against Hillcrest in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, falling 35-6. Can the Patriots avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
