Soccer Game Preview: Columbine vs. Ralston Valley

The Columbine Rebels are taking a road trip to face off against the Ralston Valley Mustangs at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Columbine is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Colorado's top teams: Valor Christian, who was ranked 24th at the time (Columbine was ranked 12th). The Rebels put the hurt on the Eagles with a sharp 3-0 victory on Monday. The game was the first time Columbine have beaten Valor Christian on their pitch since April 24, 2019.

Meanwhile, Ralston Valley hasn't lost a match since April 6th, a trend which continued in their latest game on Monday. They skirted past Arvada West 2-1. Ralston Valley haven't had any issues with Arvada West recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

Columbine's victory bumped their record up to 8-1-4. As for Ralston Valley, their win bumped their record up to 9-1-3.
