Volleyball Game Preview: Bloomington Bruins vs. Rim of the World Fighting Scots

The Bloomington Bruins will face off against the Rim of the World Fighting Scots at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.

Bloomington is probably headed into the matchup with a chip on their shoulder considering Rim of the World just ended the team's five-game winning streak last Wednesday. They fell just short of the Fighting Scots by a score of 3-2.

In a back-and-forth that saw neither team win consecutive sets, Bloomington sadly dropped the once that decided the match. The final score came out to 25-20, 27-29, 25-21, 22-25, 15-10.

This is the second loss in a row for Rim of the World and nudges their season record down to 1-3. As for Bloomington, their defeat was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 6-7.
