Soccer Game Preview: Corry vs. Conneaut Area

The Corry Beavers will face off against the Conneaut Area Eagles at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Corry is coming into the matchup on a three-game losing streak.

On Monday, Corry didn't have quite enough to beat Titusville and fell 3-2.

Meanwhile, Conneaut Area's game on Monday was all tied up 0-0 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They lost 3-0 to North East. The defeat continues a trend for Conneaut Area in their meetings with North East: they've now lost four in a row.

Corry's loss dropped their record down to 4-7-1. As for Conneaut Area, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-12.

Corry beat Conneaut Area 2-0 in their previous matchup back in October of 2024. Will the Beavers repeat their success, or do the Eagles have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
