Volleyball Recap: St. Mary's Takes a Loss + How To Watch

St. Mary lost against Saguaro on October 9th and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Knights came up short against the Sabercats, falling 3-0. The Knights have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-23, 25-22.

St. Mary's offense was headlined by Elana Clark and Nellie Coover, who picked up nine kills apiece. They got some help from Layla Santa Cruz De La Cruz and her 20 assists. Mylee McDowell controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

St. Mary's defeat dropped their record down to 18-10. As for Saguaro, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 13-11.

As of now, neither St. Mary's nor the Sabercats have any future games scheduled.
