Football Preview: Marion County Warriors vs. Cannon County Lions
The Marion County Warriors's homestand will continue as they prepare to take on the Cannon County Lions at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
Marion County is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They breezed by Forrest at home to the tune of 63-17 last Friday. The matchup was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 35-10.

Meanwhile, Cannon County had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 30 points) and they went ahead and made it four on Friday. They blew past the Champions 48-21 at home.
Marion County's win bumped their record up to 6-2. As for Cannon County, their victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 6-3.
