Eddyville-Blakesburg-Fremont came into their game on Wednesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 7-1 to the Oskaloosa Indians. The Rockets have struggled against the Indians recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost meeting.

Eddyville-Blakesburg-Fremont's defeat dropped their record down to 6-22. As for Oskaloosa, their win bumped their record up to 14-11.

Eddyville-Blakesburg-Fremont wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Davis County on the 5th. As for Oskaloosa, they are taking a road trip to face off against Fort Madison on Monday.
