Softball Recap: Amherst-Pelham Regional Comes Up Short

Amherst-Pelham Regional was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 24-0 to the Lenox Memorial Millionaires. The Hurricanes were not able to make up for their loss to the Millionaires from their previous meeting back in May of 2024.

Corinne Charlebois was cooking despite her team's loss, going a perfect 3-for-3 with one triple. That triple marked the first that she hit this season.

Amherst-Pelham Regional's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Lenox Memorial, the win keeps they at an undefeated 4-0.

Coming up, Amherst-Pelham Regional will head out on the road to square off against Gateway Regional at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Lenox Memorial, they will welcome McCann Tech at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
