Basketball Recap: Baxter Comes Up Short

Baxter lost against West Central Valley back in January of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. Baxter fell 46-36 to the West Central Valley Wildcats. Baxter has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Baxter's defeat dropped their record down to 11-9. As for West Central Valley, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last ten matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 12-7 record this season.

Baxter wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 58-22 victory against Colo-NESCO on the 13th. As for West Central Valley, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 37-34 loss against Woodward-Granger on the 11th.
