Volleyball Recap: Kettle Moraine Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Kettle Moraine suffered their biggest loss since September 2nd on Tuesday. They lost 3-0 to the Waukesha West Wolverines. The defeat continues a trend for the Lasers in their meetings with the Wolverines: they've now lost three in a row.

Kettle Moraine was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the third set very close. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-10, 25-23.

Aleeya Minor paced Kettle Moraine's offense, picking up six kills. Minor got some help from Stella Wilson and her nine assists. Minor was also solid from the service line: she led the team with two aces.

Kettle Moraine's loss dropped their record down to 7-13. As for Waukesha West, their win bumped their record up to 14-6.

After both having extra time off, Kettle Moraine and Oconomowoc will shake off the rust and duke it out at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Waukesha West, they will take on Cedarburg in a tournament on Friday.
