Softball Recap: Carthage Comes Up Short

Carthage saw some tournament action on Saturday. They took a 6-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Whitesboro Bearcats. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Carthage's loss dropped their record down to 4-2-1. As for Whitesboro, their win was their 15th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 4-2.

Coming up, Carthage will take on Redwater at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Whitesboro, they will square off against Frisco at 4:40 p.m. on Saturday.
