Wes-Del was handed a 12-run loss in their previous outing, but that didn't affect their clutch gene on Monday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Centerville Bulldogs, sneaking past 12-11. The high-scoring effort was just what the Warriors needed considering they were shut out in their previous matchup.

Wes-Del let Marley Bertram and Kenzie Anderson run wild. Bertram got on base in four of her five plate appearances with three runs, one triple, and two RBI, while Anderson went 2-for-4 with three RBI, two doubles, and one run. Another player making a difference was Brooklynn Eden, who got on base in three of her five plate appearances with three RBI, one stolen base, and one run.

Wes-Del is on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 12 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-5 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.3 runs over those games. As for Centerville, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-7.
