Therrell barely beat Forest Park the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. Therrell blew past Forest Park 23-2 on Wednesday. Therrell might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five matches by 14 runs or more this season.

Janethia Kendall was a standout: she got on base in all three of her plate appearances with six stolen bases and three runs. SARAI MONROE was another key player, getting on base in three of her five plate appearances with four stolen bases, three runs, and one RBI.

Therrell always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .588. They are a perfect 4-0 when they post an OBP of .513 or better.

Therrell pushed their record up to 5-2 with the victory, which was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season. The home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they've averaged 19.9 runs this season. As for Forest Park, they moved to 6-4 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Therrell has already played their next game, a 27-5 victory against Carver on the 15th. As for Forest Park, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 19-2 defeat against Creekside on the 11th.
