Soccer Recap: Northeastern Comes Up Short

After soaring to nine goals the game before, Northeastern was a bit more limited in their contest on Thursday. They came up short against the Washington Pam Pack, falling 5-1. Northeastern haven't had much luck with Washington recently, as the team has come up short the last eight times they've met.

Northeastern's defeat dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Washington, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-2 record this season.

Northeastern didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next game, a 5-1 loss against Camden County on the 24th. As for Washington, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against West Craven at 6:00 p.m. on April 2.
