Humboldt-Table Rock-Steinauer comes up short despite Hunter Bohling's strong performance

Recap: Humboldt-Table Rock-Steinauer Titans vs. Tri County Trojans

The Humboldt-Table Rock-Steinauer Titans struggled with assists on Tuesday (the Tri County Trojans had 14 more) and sadly the final score reflected it. Humboldt-Table Rock-Steinauer had to suffer through a rough 58-28 loss at the hands of Tri County. Humboldt-Table Rock-Steinauer has not had much luck with Tri County recently, as the team's come up short the last seven times they've met.

Despite the loss, Humboldt-Table Rock-Steinauer still got an impressive performance from Hunter Bohling, who scored six points along with five assists and three steals.

Braiden Strouf was a one-man wrecking crew for Tri County as he went 6 for 7 from beyond the arc en route to 20 points and 4 assists. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Strouf has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Drew Siems, who scored 13 points along with two steals.

Humboldt-Table Rock-Steinauer has not been sharp recently as the team's lost six of their last seven contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-15 record this season. As for Tri County, they pushed their record up to 16-4 with that victory, which was their eighth straight on the road.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Humboldt-Table Rock-Steinauer will square off against Falls City at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday. Humboldt-Table Rock-Steinauer is facing Falls City at the right time seeing as Falls City is stuck on a ten-game losing streak. Tri County will be staying on the road on Friday to face off against Sterling on February 9th. Hopefully Tri County focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up ten on Tuesday.
